Job description

You'll work closely with product and backend teams to turn AI prototypes into reliable, monitored systems. Expect ownership from discovery through deployment.

What you'll do

Build LLM-powered chatbots, copilots, and agent workflows
Design RAG pipelines with private knowledge bases
Integrate OpenAI, Claude, and open-source models via secure APIs
Add evaluation, guardrails, and observability for production AI

What we're looking for

2+ years building with Python and modern AI tooling
Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph or equivalent
Comfortable with FastAPI and vector databases
Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
