By accessing or using the Cloud Sol website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Cloud Sol provides software development, design, and digital marketing services. Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. Cloud Sol retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies used across projects.
Payment schedules are defined in project agreements. Late payments may result in project suspension. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. NDAs are available upon request.
Cloud Sol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, beyond the amount paid for the specific project.
