The Challenge

TechVentures needed an AI-powered customer support assistant that could handle complex product queries, integrate with their knowledge base, and escalate to human agents when needed — all while maintaining data privacy.

Our Solution

We built a RAG-powered AI chatbot using Claude for conversations and LangChain for orchestration. The system queries a Pinecone vector store of 5,000+ support articles, handles 80% of queries autonomously, and seamlessly hands off to human agents via webhook integration.
